Our office is located at the ITC Infotechpark on Banaswadi Main Road. It’s a pretty big campus near the Pulkeshinagar area. Working here is a bit different from the small shops in the city because we have a lot of security gates and ID badges to deal with. The main road outside is always congested, especially during the morning rush. Once you get inside the park, it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our time in front of screens, writing code or answering emails. The desks are all lined up in rows, and there’s a lot of grey and white everywhere. It’s a standard IT setup. We have a canteen where everyone goes for lunch, and that’s usually where you hear the most noise. The work itself can be quite repetitive, but we have a good group of people here who make it easier. We don't have a lot of say in how the building is run, we just show up and do our shifts. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the office feels really empty then. It’s a clean, organized place to work, even if it feels a bit like a maze sometimes. We focus on getting the technical tasks finished without too much fuss. It’s just a regular job in a big tech park, really. Most of us just want to finish the work and get through the traffic on the way home.
