It Company

Being an It Company in Bangalore means we are in the middle of a lot of noise and energy. The city is full of people doing similar things, but we just stick to our little corner. We don't have a massive building with our name in neon lights. Instead, we work out of a modest space where we can actually hear ourselves think. Our team is a mix of people who have been coding or fixing systems for years and a few newer faces. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, drinking tea, and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't behaving. The traffic in Bangalore is as bad as everyone says, so we often have people coming in at different times just to avoid the worst of it. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment where everyone wears ties. We are more of a t-shirt and jeans kind of place. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get fixed before Friday. Sometimes we stay late because a server went down, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually go home on time. We take things as they come. It’s just how it is when you’re working with technology. There’s always something new to learn, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We’re just here in the city, doing our bit and keeping things running for the people who need our help.
