Iss Facility Services

We've been around the neighborhood for a while now, based right here on Dattatreya Temple Street in Hosakerehalli. It’s a busy spot in Bsk 3rd Stage, and if you know Bangalore, you know how these streets get. Our team at Iss Facility Services spends most of our time out and about at different sites, but our main desk is here at number 43, Paravthi. It isn't a fancy office building, just a regular place where we keep our tools and coordinate who is going where for the day. Managing facilities involves a lot of moving parts that people usually don't see until something stops working. We handle the basic stuff that keeps a building running, like making sure things are clean and the lights stay on. It’s mostly hard work and long hours, especially when things break at the wrong time. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes it tricky to get from one side to another, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity; we are just a group of people who know how to fix things and keep spaces organized. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the area well. We don't have a big front desk or a reception area with coffee. It's more about the paperwork, the schedules, and making sure the crew has what they need before they head out to a client. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
