We are based at H.No.123, which is known as Balaji Nilaya, on Oil Mill Road in the St. Thomas Town area of Bangalore. If you know this part of the city, you know Oil Mill Road can get quite busy with traffic and people moving around. St. Thomas Town has a bit of an old-school Bangalore vibe compared to the newer suburbs. Our department, the Isro Pcb Fabrication And Design Dept, is tucked away in this building. It’s a regular house-turned-office kind of setup. You wouldn't think much of it from the outside. Inside, we just have our equipment and our desks where we spend the whole day. The noise from the street comes in sometimes, especially when the buses go by. There are a few small eateries nearby where we grab lunch. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It’s just a place where we come to work on designs and boards. The name Balaji Nilaya is on the front, which helps people find us among all the other buildings on the road. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’re used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a bit cramped at times, but it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks on our list every day. It is a no-nonsense environment where we just get things done.
