We are based in Frazer Town on Kenjappa Road Cross. Our office is on the ground floor, number 10/11. We are quite close to the Anjaneya Temple, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Frazer Town has a nice feel to it, a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s a simple ground-floor office. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Inside, it’s just us working at our desks. We handle all kinds of travel services, from flights to visa help. Most of our customers are from around the neighborhood. We know a lot of them by name. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just take things as they come. There’s usually some tea being made in the back. We use old desks and computers that have seen better days, but they work fine. We aren't a big chain, just a local travel shop. We like the area and the people here. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when there are festivals at the temple. We don’t do any big advertising. People just hear about us from their neighbors or see our small sign when they walk past. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business. We have some old posters on the wall from years ago. They are a bit faded but we like them.
