Ishita Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is located at Survey No.3 on the Jayappa Layout Main Road in Kudlu. We are easy to find because we are right near Corporation Bank, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. The layout has been growing a lot lately, with new buildings popping up all over the place. Our office is a straightforward space in a building that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have a big team of executives or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to manage our different projects and keep things moving forward. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the traffic near the bank is always a bit chaotic during banking hours. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by the office to talk about various business things. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We wear comfortable clothes and we don't worry too much about formalities. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about the weekend. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but we don't mind it much. We like being in Kudlu because it feels like a place where things are actually happening. We aren't here to change the world, just to run our business and be part of the community in this little corner of the city. We do our best.
