Being based in the 560001 area of Bangalore means we are right in the middle of everything. Irsh Database Provider is a straightforward operation. We handle data and lists, which isn't always the most exciting work, but it needs to happen. Our office is a bit cramped sometimes with all the hardware and papers, but we make it work. It’s a group of us who have lived in Bangalore for years. We know how the city moves. The work involves a lot of staring at screens and making sure numbers match up. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things sorted. Some days the internet is fast, other days we just have to wait it out. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby. We don't do much talking about goals or visions, we just look at what’s on the schedule for today and try to get through it. It's honest work. Managing databases takes patience. Sometimes a file gets corrupted and we have to start over, which is frustrating, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this for a bit now. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, do the data work, and go home. Bangalore is a busy place, and we are just one small part of it. It stays busy from morning until we lock up at night.
