IPG Photonics is based at Tirumala Tech Park in the Doddenakundi Industrial Area. We are at number 27, right in the heart of Phase II near Mahadevpura. It’s a busy tech hub in Bangalore where things are always moving. We deal with fiber lasers, which sounds complicated, but to us, it’s just the daily grind. The lab areas are kept pretty tidy because the equipment is sensitive, but the rest of the office feels like any other workplace. You’ll find folders stacked up and people chatting over lunch in the breakroom. We aren't trying to be the next big corporate giant; we just want to provide the laser sources people need for their manufacturing. The Bangalore traffic can be a headache getting here, but once we’re inside, it’s all about the work. We have a mix of engineers and support staff who have been here for a long time. It’s a steady environment. We don't go for flashy slogans or big promises. If a laser needs fixing or someone needs a new setup, we just handle it. The industrial area has its own vibe, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. It’s just a group of us working with some pretty interesting light technology in a standard office building. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
