Inventateq 100 Percent Job Oriented Training Courses

We’ve been running this place in BTM Layout for a while now, right near the Axa company building. It’s on the first floor on 29th Main Road. People come here because they want to learn things that actually help them get a job. We don’t do a lot of fancy talking, we just show folks how to handle the work they’ll face in an office. The lake road area is usually pretty busy, but our classroom stays quiet enough to focus. It started because we saw how many people finish school but don't know the practical side of things. So, we set up these courses to bridge that gap. We spend our days teaching different technical skills, sitting with students, and looking at resumes. It’s a small team here. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a bit much, but it’s easy to find us once you’re near the landmark. We keep the schedules simple. If someone is looking to switch careers or just starting out, they drop by and we talk about what they need to learn. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just some desks and computers and people trying to get better at what they do. We’ve seen a lot of students pass through these doors over the years. Some are nervous when they start, but it’s nice to see them get more confident. That’s pretty much what goes on here every day in our office in Bangalore.
