International Gym & Karate Centre

We are over in RT Nagar, specifically at No. 46 on Roshini 2nd Main Road in Chinnana Layout. If you’re looking for the International Gym & Karate Centre, we are right across from Grace International School. This place is a bit different because we have the gym equipment on one side and a space for karate on the other. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. You’ll often hear the sounds of people practicing their karate moves while others are lifting weights. It’s been here in Kaval Byrasandra for a while now. The space is filled with mats, punching bags, and the usual iron weights. It’s not a polished, modern fitness center. It feels more like a traditional training hall. We have old-fashioned fans and the walls have photos of students and competitions from years ago. The floor is a mix of rubber mats and hard surfaces. Most of our members are local kids learning martial arts or adults from the neighborhood coming in for a workout. It’s a community-oriented spot where everyone is welcome regardless of their skill level. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just keep the doors open and the mats ready for whoever shows up. It gets busy in the late afternoons when the school across the street lets out. It’s a real, hardworking place for anyone around here who wants to train without anything fancy.
