We are located over in Bellandur, specifically at 497 on 4th Cross. It’s actually a space shared with Venkataswara Reddy, which makes it feel a bit more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. Manoj Kumar Nikhandia runs things here. At Integreatcpmc India, we do a lot of project control and management work. Bangalore traffic around this area can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone or coordinating things from the desk. It’s a small team, nothing too flashy. We don’t use those big slogans you see on billboards. Instead, we just deal with the realities of construction and project timelines. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something that needs fixing or a person who needs to be reminded of a deadline. We’ve got stacks of files and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to us without any fuss. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how long it’s going to take. It isn’t magic, just a lot of checking and re-checking. We’ve been at this for a bit and we like the local feel of being in Bellandur. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we know the area well by now.
