Our office is tucked away in the Pristine Residency building over in BTM Layout Second Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around the 5th Main and the 1st Cross, especially during rush hour. We have been operating Integrated Cargo and Courier Solutions from this spot for some time now. It’s a practical space, number 103, where we handle a lot of the day-to-day courier stuff that people in the city need. There are always packages coming in and bikes going out to make deliveries across town. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when the rain starts or the roads are blocked, but we just keep at it. The staff here is mostly local, and we know the shortcuts around the neighborhood to save time. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, there are boxes stacked up and people checking manifests on their computers. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We try to keep things moving as fast as the Bangalore roads allow. Living and working in BTM means you see a lot of people moving in and out, so we stay pretty busy. It is just about getting the job done and making sure a parcel gets where it is supposed to go without a lot of fuss. That is basically our whole day, every day of the week.
