If you look for us, we’re over at No. 7 on the first floor in Mani Vilas Garden. It’s right near the Veerbhadreshwara Theatre in Kamalanagar, which makes it easy to explain to people who don't know the 3rd Cross very well. Working at Integral Labels Pvt. Ltd. means we spend a lot of time surrounded by rolls of paper and various machines. The hum of the printers is something you just get used to after a couple of days. Our workspace doesn't have any shiny glass walls or expensive coffee machines. We mostly drink tea from the shop downstairs. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open for a breeze. The team here is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know which machine is acting up just by the sound it makes. Getting the labels right is mostly about paying attention and not rushing through the stacks. Sometimes the traffic outside the theatre gets really loud, especially during the big movie releases, but we just keep working through it. It's a practical setup we have here. We don't do much talking about goals or visions; we just make sure the boxes are packed and the labels look like they’re supposed to before the delivery guy shows up in the evening. There's always a lot to do, so the days go by pretty fast.
