You can find us at Intact Office Solutions on the 2nd Floor of the Mukta Building. We’re at No.-109, on 18th Cross, 8th Main in Malleswaram. Malleswaram is an old neighborhood with a lot of character. Our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with office supplies and equipment. If a printer breaks or someone needs a whole new setup for their desk, that’s usually when we get a call. The office is often full of boxes. We have everything from paper to more complex machines waiting to be sent out. The Mukta Building has been around for a long time, and we’ve been here for a good stretch of that. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but it keeps us moving. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just answer the phone and help whoever calls. Sometimes it’s a local business owner, other times it’s someone just needing a few things for their home office. We know the streets around here well. We’ve spent many lunch breaks at the local stalls nearby. It’s a simple business. We try to keep what people need in stock. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where the important stuff is kept. Sometimes we run out of space for all the inventory, but we make it work. It’s a bit crowded but we like the energy of the building.
