About Institute Of Architecture & Interiors Engineering – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Bengaluru
We’ve been over here on H M Road for a good while now. Most days it’s just us working through floor plans or talking to students who come in for the engineering side of things. It’s a pretty busy spot in Jay Mahal Extension, especially around the 8th cross when the traffic picks up in the afternoon. People drop in to ask about interior stuff or how to get a specific technical drawing right for a permit. We don't have a fancy lobby with leather chairs or anything like that. It’s mostly just big wooden desks, some old drafting stools that squeak, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy from the corner comes by and we take a quick break to stretch, but usually, it's just the sound of pencils scratching and the hum of the computers. We handle the technical bits that others might find boring, like structural details or making sure the measurements for a small kitchen actually fit against the wall. It’s not always pretty work, but it needs doing correctly. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we first started, with more shops popping up, but we're still in the same building at number 13. We keep the lights on late sometimes when a project deadline is hitting us hard. There's always something to fix or a new way to look at a room layout. It's just what we do here every single day. No big speeches or fancy talk, just showing up and getting the drawings finished so the builders know what they're doing.
