Inovic

Inovic is based over in Electronic City, specifically on the New Central Jail Road at Rajal Plaza. It is a busy area, as you would expect for this part of town. We are in a building that has a lot of other small businesses too, so there is always people coming and going. Finding Rajal Plaza isn't too hard once you get onto the Jail Road. Our office is a straightforward space. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas or bean bags you hear about in some tech companies. We just have sturdy desks and chairs and what we need to get our jobs done. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we've gotten used to it over time. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't really do big meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be sorted out. It's a very practical way to work. Most of us grab tea from the stall downstairs during the afternoon break. It's a good way to stretch our legs and clear our heads for a bit. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that, we just want to do a decent job every day and keep things moving. It's a simple, honest workspace without any unnecessary frills. That's just how we like to run things at Inovic.
