InnoVative Architects Designers & Engineers is right there on Old Madras Road. We are at 59/1, on the first floor. If you're looking for us, we’re just next to the BBMP office in K.R. Puram. It’s a loud spot. The traffic on Old Madras Road never really stops, so there’s always a hum of engines in the background. Our office is a long room filled with drafting tables and a few older computers that we really should replace soon. We’ve got stacks of paper that reach the ceiling in some corners. It’s the kind of place where you have to move a pile of blueprints just to find a place to sit down. We do a mix of everything—architecture, design, and engineering—so there are always different people coming in and out. Some days it’s very chaotic with everyone talking at once. We usually have the radio on low, but you can barely hear it over the street noise. Lunch is usually a quick affair from one of the shops downstairs. We aren't looking to win any awards for our office decor. It’s mostly just white walls and functional furniture. We focus on the drawings and the structural details. When the sun goes down, the lights from the traffic outside reflect off our windows. We’re usually still here, hunched over our desks, trying to finish up the day’s work. It’s a busy life, but being right in the heart of K.R. Puram keeps us busy.
