Innov Controls

Innov Controls is our little business located in Shivaji Nagar. We occupy units 303 and 304 on the second floor of Shilly Plaza on Kamraj Road. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but we like it here. We deal with switches and control boxes. If you walked into our office, you’d see a lot of tools and components scattered around. It’s a place where we actually build and test things, not just sit at desks. We’ve been working in this field for a while and have picked up a lot of practical knowledge along the way. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on making sure the controls we build actually work when they get to the factory or site. The second floor can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have a few fans going. Kamraj Road is always busy, so there’s always noise coming from the street. We’ve gotten used to it. Our customers are mostly other local businesses who need something specific built. We talk to them like normal people, no corporate talk. We just tell them what is possible and what isn't. It’s a steady way to live and we like the hands-on nature of the work. We aren't a big firm, just some guys who know their way around an electrical circuit and want to do the job right.
