We've been over here in Chikkadugodi for a while now. The office is right on 6th Main, easy to find if you know the DRC Post area. It’s just us working on local building projects around Bangalore. Sometimes the traffic makes getting to sites a headache, but we manage. We handle the usual construction stuff and development work that people need in this part of town. It’s mostly just keeping track of materials and making sure the guys are doing what they should be on the ground floor or wherever the site is. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because it’s easier to manage things when you know the neighborhood well. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some blueprints usually. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or walking around the 3rd Cross area. People stop by sometimes to ask about their plots or just to see how a project is coming along. It's a busy spot near the ground floor here. We try to get things done without too much fuss. Building houses or whatever else takes a lot of time, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a permit that’s stuck. That's just how it goes in this business. We are usually around if anyone needs to chat about a project and see what can be done with a piece of land or an old structure.
