Inel Power System Engineers Pvt Ltd has been around since January 2008. We are based in Bangalore, Karnataka. As everyone knows, Bangalore is a very busy and crowded city, so we deal with the usual traffic and noise every day. Our work involves power systems, which can be quite technical, but the people here are just regular engineers and office staff. We do not have one of those modern, shiny offices with bean bags or free snacks. It is a working engineering office with lots of diagrams, technical manuals, and computers. The space is a bit lived-in and definitely not corporate-polished. We have been doing this for a long time now, so we have our own way of doing things. We do not have any fancy slogans or a marketing team. Most of the people who work here have been with us for many years, so it feels a bit like a family. We talk about the projects, complain about the commute, and get the work done. It is a simple, practical environment. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just part of the job. We do not try to sound better than any other engineering firm. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to keep the office running smoothly. It is an honest day's work for us here in Bangalore.
