Industrial Fans (India)

Industrial Fans (India) is based in the O.P. Building on Anna Salai in Nandanam. We are on the second floor. The building has two numbers, New No. 816 and Old No. 404, which can sometimes be a bit confusing for delivery people or new visitors. It is located in a very busy part of the city, so there is constant traffic outside. Our office is more like a workspace and storage area combined. We have a lot of files and some sample units around. It’s definitely not a corporate showroom. We just need a place to handle the administrative side of things and talk to our customers. Most of the people working here have been in this industry for years. We know a lot about fans and how they work in different settings. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to people; we just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the paperwork and the street air, but we don't mind much. It’s a practical environment for what we do. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our business comes from long-time contacts and people who know we've been around for a while. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders right and out the door on time. It is straightforward work for us here in Nandanam.
