We’ve been here at Shivanandha Nagar for a while now. Most people know the 8th Cross in Vijayanagar, and that's where you'll find us at number 34. It is just a regular office space where we handle things related to homes and building projects around Bangalore. Sometimes it gets busy, especially with the traffic nearby, but we like the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a few of us working on paperwork and meeting people who need help with their housing stuff. We try to keep things straightforward because that's just how we are. If you’re walking around this part of the city, you might have seen our sign. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the locals. It isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done every day. We know the area well and have seen it change over the years. We deal with the usual day-to-day problems that come with this kind of work. It’s mostly just making sure things are moving along as they should. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the task at hand. If you drop by, you'll probably see us at our desks. That's pretty much who we are and what we do here in Bangalore 40. We just try to be helpful and get through the list of things to do every morning.
