Indu Projects Ltd

We are based at 99 Yashwant Apartment in Yashwant Nager. It’s right near Magar Stadium in Pimpri, Pune 18. Indu Projects Ltd operates out of this flat. It’s not your typical corporate headquarters. It’s more of a functional space where we handle all our business matters. Being close to the stadium makes it easy to give directions. Pune is a busy city, and Pimpri has its own pace. We’ve got our computers set up and files stacked in corners. It’s a bit lived-in, but that’s because we actually work here. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door opens it. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s a practical arrangement for Indu Projects Ltd. We don’t see the point in overcomplicating things. Life is busy enough without trying to sound more important than we are. We just take care of the projects we have. Sometimes we stay late, other times we leave on time. It depends on the day. The neighborhood is alright, plenty of small shops around. We are just another business trying to stay on top of things in Pune. It’s a modest office in an apartment building, and it works for us. We drink a lot of chai and just keep going through the tasks. This is where we are, plain and simple, without any extra decorations or marketing talk.
