INDOKRAFT MACHINE TOOL PVT LTD. Peenya Industrial Area. Bangalore. 524, 10th Main. 4th Cross. 4th Phase. Peenya is huge. It’s like a maze of factories. If you take the wrong turn at 4th Cross, you’ll get lost. We are at number 524. It’s a big shed where we keep the machine tools. Bangalore is known for traffic, and Peenya is the worst of it. But this is where the manufacturing happens. We have been here for a good while. The machines we work with are heavy and loud. There’s no fancy office with plants and coffee machines here. We have a small room for the accounts and the rest is just the shop floor. It gets quite hot under the tin roof in the summer. We don't talk much about "visions" or "goals". We just try to get the orders out on time. The 10th Main road is always blocked with trucks loading and unloading. We are part of that mess every day. Karnataka is a big hub for this kind of stuff, and Peenya is the center of it. We have some good workers who have been with us for years. We know the other shop owners on the 4th Phase. It’s a community of people who make things. Indokraft is just our name on the board outside. We keep it simple. It's just a place where machines are built and fixed. That's our life here. We don't need much else to be happy.
