Indo Engine Boring Centre

Working with engines is a messy business, but we like it here at Indo Engine Boring Centre. We’re located over in Dodda Mavalli, out near Yewalewadi and Kondhwa Khurd 7. It’s a workshop where there’s always the sound of machines running and the smell of grease and metal. We do boring and honing for all kinds of engine blocks. It’s precise work even if the surroundings look a bit rough. The floor is usually covered in some kind of oil, and our hands are rarely clean. We’ve got the old boring machines that have been with us for years. They still work better than some of the newer stuff I’ve seen. People bring in their engines from all over the local area because they know we’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your nice clothes. We have a small bench where we sit and have tea during breaks. The neighborhood of Yewalewadi is growing, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We take the engines apart, do the work, and get them back to the owners so they can get back on the road. It’s satisfying to see a worn-out engine block get a new lease on life after we’re done with it. We don't talk much, just focus on the measurements and the machines. It’s what we know how to do best.
