Harsha Developers

Our office for Harsha Developers is on the ground floor, G-1, of the Dwaraka Apartments. We are right on the 100ft Road in Indiranagar 1st Stage, which is a very active part of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just walk in when they have questions about their property or the projects we are working on. The office usually has blueprints spread out on the tables and a few computers that stay on all day. It’s not a silent place; the traffic from 100ft Road is always humming in the background. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with contractors and people looking for a new place to live. Sometimes we are out at different sites, but there is usually someone here to answer the door. The space is simple with white walls and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. We just focus on the plans and the numbers. There is a small pantry in the back where we make coffee. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything, and some days are definitely more stressful than others when deadlines are close. Indiranagar is a great area to be in, even if parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know most of the neighbors in the apartments above us.
