Indian Institute Of Science

We are based over in the Chbs Layout area of Vijaynagar, right on the 8th Main. If you know the 21st Cross, that is exactly where you will find us at number 83. It’s a bit of a busy spot because of the traffic coming through this part of Bangalore, but we have been here for a good while now. The office isn’t much to look at, just a regular building with some desks and a lot of old files tucked away in the corners. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing here. Most days, it’s just us handling the paperwork and answering the phone when it decides to work. The windows stay open most of the time to let in a breeze, even though the dust from the road gets on everything. It’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We have a small tea stall nearby where everyone goes for a break in the afternoon. People around here know us as the Indian Institute of Science folks, but we are just regular employees doing our jobs. The stairs are a bit narrow and the light in the hallway flickers sometimes, but we get the work done regardless. It feels more like a local house than a big institution branch. We don't have fancy brochures or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find someone at a desk. It’s practical and quiet enough for what we need to do.
