Our office is located at 16-A, Kothari Nagar in the Singanallur area of Coimbatore. It’s a quiet part of town, which is nice for an academic place like the Indian Institute of Science. We have a simple setup here in 641005. The building isn't very big, but it has enough room for what we need. We handle local coordination and some research activities from this branch. There’s a small garden area out front that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it tough sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, shelves full of books, and a few computers. We don’t have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing documents. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty peaceful throughout the day. We don’t have any flashy advertisements or big billboards. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. It’s a humble spot for such a well-known name. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. Coimbatore is a good city for this kind of work. We’ve been at this Kothari Nagar location for a while now and it suits us just fine. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the science work continues without any major interruptions. We like the quiet life here.
