We’ve been sitting here at D-3/1 in C.V. Raman Nagar for quite a while now. Bangalore has changed a lot around us, but our office stays pretty much the same. Most days, it’s just us dealing with the usual building stuff, talking to contractors, and looking over plans. The E at the end of the address sometimes confuses the postman, but everyone in this part of town knows where we are. It’s a busy spot. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy glass walls; we just work out of this space and get things done. There’s always some dust on the desks and blueprints rolled up in the corner. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice if we’re having a long meeting about a new site. People stop in to ask about construction or just to say hello. It's not complicated. We do the work, handle the paperwork, and try to keep things moving. The traffic on the main road can get loud, but you get used to it after a few years. It's just how Indian Builders Corporation operates. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow from a few houses to what it is now. We’re part of the furniture here in C.V. Raman Nagar. The coffee here isn't great, but the work is solid and we stay busy.
