Indian Auto Motors

Indian Auto Motors has been sitting right here at 62 Lalbagh Road Main Road for quite a while now. If you know this part of town, you know it gets pretty packed with traffic and people moving around all day. We mostly spend our time looking under car hoods and getting our hands dirty with oil and grease. It is not a clean job, but it is what we know how to do. My father started tinkering with engines a long time ago and I just sort of followed along. We have a couple of guys who help out when things get really busy, which is usually on Mondays. The shop is full of old spare parts and tools that have been around as long as the building has. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just stand around or go get a coffee nearby while we see what is wrong with their vehicle. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive and we have to call around to find them. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes with the noise from the main road, but we are used to it by now. We just try to get the engines running again so people can get back to work. There is always a car taking up space on the floor. Anyway, that is pretty much what happens here every day from morning until we close up late.
