We are over in Koramangala 5th Block, situated on the ground floor of No. 104 on 17th C Main. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always noise from the street and people walking by. Our office isn’t where the actual care happens; it’s more of a hub where we manage the nurses and caregivers who go out to people's homes. The space is filled with desks, paperwork, and phones that seem to ring all the time. Being on the ground floor is handy for when staff members come in to pick up supplies or check their schedules. Koramangala is a great area, but finding a spot for the office was tough given how fast things change around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office is pretty functional with just the basics like chairs, a small pantry, and lots of filing cabinets. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters. We have posters on the walls and piles of notes everywhere. Most of our work is done on the computer or over the phone, coordinating with families who need help at home. It gets a bit hectic in the mornings when everyone is getting their assignments, but it settles down by the afternoon. We just focus on getting the right people to the right houses every day and making sure the schedules are all worked out.
