Indchem Distributors Ltd is based at 211 Mota Chambers, which is located at Number 9, Millers Road. If you know the area, you know Millers Road is a pretty well-known stretch. Mota Chambers is one of those buildings that has been around for a bit. We are up on the second floor in suite 211. It is a functional space. We don't have marble floors or art on the walls. Mostly, you will just see shelves and desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. Being on Millers Road is convenient for us because people know where it is, but once you get inside Mota Chambers, it is just like any other workplace. There is a lot of back and forth throughout the day. We are a distribution company, so there is always talk about what is coming in and what is going out. We have a small group of staff who have been with us through thick and thin. We don't really do anything flashy. We just make sure the orders are right and the logistics are sorted out. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but we don't mind the stairs if we have to. It is just part of the daily grind. We are just regular people doing a regular job in a familiar part of town, making sure the work is done right.
