Inchara Family Restaurant

Inchara Family Restaurant is tucked away in the Yelahanka area. It might be a bit far out for people living in the center of the city, but for us, it is just home. The restaurant is a simple, family-run kind of place. We do not have fancy uniforms for the staff or a host standing at the front door to greet you. You just walk in and find a seat wherever there is room. The building we are in is a bit older and has its own little quirks. Sometimes the ceiling fans make a squeaking noise when we turn them on high. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen prepping spices and chopping vegetables. The smell of the food stays on your clothes long after you leave. We have a lot of families from the nearby apartment buildings who come here because they want a break from cooking at home. Our menu has stayed pretty much the same for years because we know what people like to eat. We do not have a big marketing budget or ads in the newspapers. People usually find out about us just by talking to their neighbors. The parking can get a bit messy on Sunday afternoons when everyone comes out at once. We have some old posters on the walls that have been there since we opened. It is just a regular spot to get a meal.
