In Manasa Consultant As A Site Engineer

My name is Santhosh Kumar J.C., and I am the son of Chandrappa Gowda J.T. I work as a site engineer for In Manasa Consultant. My home base is in Bandigadi, which is in the Koppa taluk of the Chickmanglore district. Living in this part of Karnataka means being surrounded by a lot of greenery and hills. My work as a site engineer takes me to various places, but this is where I come back to. It’s a humble life here. I don't have a big office with glass walls. Most of my work happens out on the field, where the actual building is going on. I spend my time checking measurements, talking to laborers, and making sure the plans are being followed correctly. It’s a lot of dirt on my boots and long hours under the sun. When I am at home in Bandigadi, I spend time with my family and catch up on the paperwork that piles up. The rain can be very heavy here in the Western Ghats, which often slows down our construction work. We just have to be patient and wait for the weather to clear. I’m not a big talker and I don’t use fancy corporate language. I just know how to read a plan and build things. People around here know me and my father, and that’s enough for me. It is a good way to live and work, even if it gets tiring.
