Impact Fitness Studio

If you’re walking down 12th Main Road in Indiranagar, you’ll see us above Habanero. We are at No 948 in HAL 2nd Stage. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on outside. Being on the upper floor means we can look out at the street while people are working out. Impact Fitness Studio has been in this spot for a bit. It’s a bit of a climb up, but once you’re inside, it’s just a regular gym. We don’t have those fancy juice bars or anything. Just some weights, machines, and enough space to move around. The floor can get a bit scuffed up and the fans sometimes rattle, but it does the job. We get a mix of people—some who are really serious and others who just want to burn off some stress after a long day at the office. Indiranagar has so many places to eat and shop, but we’re just here for the fitness side of things. It gets pretty packed after 6 PM, like most places around here. We just try to keep the gear in good shape. It’s a straightforward setup for anyone living or working in the HAL area. You just walk past the restaurant and come on up. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s just how we like it. There is no corporate polish here, just some metal and a bit of hard work.
