Our place is located in Bangalore at the Venkatesh Puram area. We are right on Nagawara Main Road, which is a pretty busy stretch of road. The easiest way to find us is to look for the C.R. Store. We operate out of there. It's a very local feel, nothing like those tall glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We deal with property management and all the small details that come with it. There’s always someone coming or going. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the evenings, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Inside the space, it’s mostly just us and our files. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s a working office through and through. We’ve been at this Nagawara spot for some time, so we know the local shops and where to get a quick snack. People often drop by because we’re right there on the main road. It makes it easy for folks to find us even if they aren't looking too hard. We just try to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of the long list of things to do. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don’t need anything more than a solid roof and a place to sit and work. Things get done properly when you have a good routine like ours.
