We’re located over on Surat Road in the Jayanagar III Block, specifically on the second floor of a building called Lucky Paradise. It’s in the Palsana area, which is a bit of a drive depending on where you're coming from. We deal with electronics and computer systems mainly. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we can set up our workstations and store the inventory. It can get a bit hot in the summer months, but we manage. We handle a lot of technical requests from local shops and some larger companies too. Most of us here grew up around computers, so it felt natural to start this business. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what’s wrong and how we can try to fix it. Sometimes things take longer than expected because parts have to come from far away. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We've had our ups and downs like any local business, but we're still going. Lucky Paradise is easy enough to spot once you get onto Surat Road. We spend most of our hours testing circuits or trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't booting up. It's quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of the traffic outside. We just take things as they come and try to do right by the folks who visit.
