Our place is situated at 814/475, Survey No 129/1 on Mysore Road in Kengeri. It’s a bit of a distance out, but the area has grown so much lately. We are right there on the main stretch, so the sound of traffic is pretty constant. Ika India Pvt Ltd is where we spend our days, mostly focused on the equipment and technical tasks that come our way. The building is functional and straightforward. We don’t have any of those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have a kettle for tea and our workstations. The survey number might sound a bit confusing if you’re looking at a map, but once you get to Kengeri on Mysore Road, it’s not too hard to spot our area. The work we do is steady, and the team here is a mix of people who have been around for a long time and a few newer faces. We mostly talk about the daily tasks and how to get the shipments out on time. The weather gets pretty warm out here, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a practical environment for a practical company. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. That’s life at our Kengeri facility.
