Ijm(India)Infrastructure Ltd is located at Flat No. 202 in Ramnagar, Hyderabad. We are right beside St. Pious Girls High School. Being next to a school means it gets quite noisy during the morning drop-off and afternoon pickup, but it’s a nice landmark to give people. The office is on the second floor. It’s a plain flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room. There are stacks of paper on almost every flat surface because infrastructure work requires a lot of documentation. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you just knock and one of us will let you in. The kitchen is where we make our coffee and tea, and that’s about it for amenities. It’s a simple, functional place. We focus on our projects and don't worry about having the latest office furniture. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because we often bring in dirt from site visits. We’ve been in this Ramnagar spot for a while. It’s a good neighborhood, and being in Hyderabad keeps us close to many of our ongoing projects. We just do our work, manage our teams, and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s not a polished corporate setup, just a real office for real work.
