We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and some shelves that are probably a bit too full of files. It’s an honest place where we just try to keep things organized. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure the projects stay on track. The office can get a bit warm, so we keep the windows open. Sometimes a stray dog might wander near the door, or kids will be playing outside. It’s a very grounded environment. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors over the phone. It’s not a polished corporate life, but it works for us. We've been part of this community for a while now and everyone knows where the office is. We just focus on doing our jobs every single day.
