Our team at Ijm(I)Infrastructure Ltd operates from the Prestige Shantiniketan Project site in Bangalore. We are located right opposite the Accrmc Plant in Whitefields. It is a really active area with a lot of construction happening all the time. Being right there on the ground helps us stay on top of the project. Whitefield has changed so much lately, and we see it happening every day from our office. We spend most of our mornings checking on the site progress and the rest of the day in meetings or doing the administrative stuff. It’s a lot of coordination with different teams. Sometimes the dust from the plant across the way gets in, but that is part of working in this industry. We have been here long enough to see the whole neighborhood grow. There are always trucks coming in and out, and the noise is pretty constant. We keep our operations simple. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of blueprints spread out. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually do the building. Most of our staff live nearby, so we are very much a local group even though the projects are quite large. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the work is steady and the workers have what they need to keep going. It isn't always easy, but we make sure the job gets finished.
