Our location is down in Kerala, in the Pothencode area. We operate out of Fathima Manzil on Annacode Lane. It’s near the Khombam Palli, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the local landmarks. The surroundings are quite green compared to our other spots. We handle the local infrastructure projects from here. It’s a quiet lane, and the office is part of a building that feels more like a home than a corporate center. We have our desks set up to manage the paperwork and the project timelines. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on the sites nearby. The weather is usually rainy or very humid, which affects how we plan our work on the roads and buildings. We don’t have any big flashy lights or advertisements out front. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or see our equipment out on the road. We keep things simple and focus on the actual construction work. Inside, there are lots of maps of the local area and binders full of site notes. It’s a steady pace of life here. We just try to get the work done right and move on to the next project. It’s a practical way to run things in this part of the country, avoiding all the noise and just focusing on the build.
