Our office is located on Shantiniketan Street in Mahadevapura. It is a busy area with a lot of growth happening every single day. We are right in the middle of it. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about roads, bridges, and large-scale foundations. It is much bigger than just building a single house. Because of the size of the work, we have a lot of equipment and a lot of people to manage. The office is usually humming with activity. There are always people coming in from different sites with updates or issues that need solving right then and there. It can get a bit chaotic when three different projects have deliveries arriving at the same time. We don't really have a polished corporate vibe here. Our boots are usually muddy and there are stacks of technical drawings on every flat surface. We focus on getting the heavy work done properly. Mahadevapura has changed so much since we first set up here. The traffic is much heavier now, which makes moving our big machinery a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just focus on the engineering and the physical labor required to build things that thousands of people will use every day. It is a long process and requires a lot of patience from everyone involved.
