Iiht Ltd St Marks Road Corporate Office

Our corporate office is on the fourth floor of the Sri Laxmi Complex on St Marks Road. It is right across from the Bowring Institute, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. St Marks Road is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street below. We have been in this building, number 54, for quite some time now. The office isn't overly huge, but it works for what we need. We mostly handle the administrative side of things and some training coordination from this location. It’s got that old-school office feel with a lot of files and desks squeezed in. The lift can be a bit moody sometimes, so occasionally we just take the stairs to the fourth floor. It’s good exercise, I guess. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. It’s not a place with fancy furniture or glass walls. Just a lot of people doing their jobs and making sure things stay on track. If you are coming to visit, the complex is easy to find if you just look for the institute across the way. Parking is usually a struggle on St Marks Road, so keep that in mind. Anyway, we are just a regular group of people working in a busy part of the city, trying to keep up with the daily schedule and the paperwork.
