If you’re walking down Residency Road, you might notice 51 Springdale. That’s where IIGM Pvt.Ltd. is set up. It’s a decent-sized place in a part of town that has a lot of history. The road outside is usually packed with cars and people going about their business. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building has that older feel to it, which some of us actually prefer over the new glass towers. Inside, it’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and people working on their computers. We don't have any of those modern lounge areas or bean bags. It’s a traditional office through and through. The windows let in a fair bit of light, but you can still hear the city noise from outside. It’s just part of the atmosphere. We handle various industrial equipment and services from this location. Most of the staff has been here for years, so there’s a lot of shared knowledge. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving. It’s a steady kind of environment. Residency Road is a good central spot, even if the parking is a nightmare. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the building, like the way the door creaks sometimes. It’s a comfortable place for us to do our work without any fuss. We just focus on our clients and the inventory.
