We are located at 199/1 on the 22nd Main in HSR Layout, specifically in the Agara area. HSR is a bit of a tech hub now, but our office feels more like a proper engineering workspace than a trendy startup. We handle a lot of moving parts—literally. There are chains and cables and plastic components all over the place. The 22nd Main road can get pretty jammed during peak hours, so we usually get in early to get a head start on the day’s orders. The office has a very practical feel to it. We have some desks for the paperwork, but a lot of the space is taken up by the actual products we deal with every day. It’s not about looking fancy for visitors; it’s about making sure the right part gets to the right person. We often have people coming in to look at the polymer bearings or to ask how a specific cable carrier works. We just show them what we have on the racks. The team here is small enough that everyone knows what’s going on with every project. We don't have big meetings; we just talk across the desks. It’s a bit of a mix between a warehouse and a technical office, and it suits the way we work. Outside, Agara is busy and growing, but inside IGUS India, we just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details.
