IGUS@ (India) Private Limited

Our office is over in the Dodda Nekkundi Industrial Area, right on Euro School Road. It’s an interesting spot because you have the school traffic on one side and all the heavy industry on the other. IGUS (India) has been here for a bit, tucked away near Mahadevapura. The building is a bit of a mix of warehouse space and office desks. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of plastic bearings and cable carriers. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a small canteen area where we grab coffee, though the machine is always acting up lately. The floor is usually covered in bits of plastic and shipping labels. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that; we just know each other’s names and get the work done. The 2nd Stage of the industrial area is quite spread out, so it’s a lot of walking if you need to visit another unit. We see the same faces every day and we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group. We don't bother with fancy presentations or anything like that. We just look at the orders, pack the items, and send them off to wherever they are needed. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we like it well enough here. There is always something that needs packing or counting.
