Igus (India) Private Limited is located at No. 199/1, 22Nd Main, Hsr Layout Agra Post. It’s a big space because we have a lot of technical parts to store. We deal with things like cables and bearings that go into machines. Most of the day is spent looking at catalogs and matching parts to what people need for their factories. Hsr Layout is a busy area, and there’s always something happening outside. Inside, we just try to stay organized. It’s not always easy when you have thousands of small items, but we do our best. We aren't the type to put on a big show. We just provide the parts and maybe help explain how they fit if someone asks. The staff here has been around for a while and they know the stock. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to get the orders right and get them shipped out on time. Sometimes the traffic on the 22nd Main makes deliveries a bit slow, but we plan for it. It's a lot of practical, everyday work. We check the quality of what comes in and what goes out. If someone calls with a problem, we just talk it through and see how we can help. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, focusing on the products and the people who use them. We just take it one order at a time.
