Igen Nanotec Lifesciences

Our office for Igen Nanotec Lifesciences is up on the first floor at 50/1 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. We’re specifically located in the Prahlad Nagar area, right off the main SG Road. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of the street, but we still hear all the activity from SG Road throughout the day. The building is a regular office block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we’ve got our setup for the lifescene and nanotec work we do. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and focusing on technical details, so it stays pretty quiet in the room most of the time. We have a few shelves filled with manuals and equipment that we use daily. Prahlad Nagar is a busy part of town, so there are always people around and plenty of spots to get coffee. We like being here because it’s easy for everyone to find us. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but they get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, and you can see the city lights from the window. We don’t really go in for big corporate speeches; we just focus on the science and the tasks we have for the week. It is a practical way to run a business and it works for us. The space is simple and we keep it organized our way.
