Our office is up on the second floor of Sir Ranga Arcade, which is building number 597. It’s right on Dr. Rajkumar Road in Prakash Nagar, so the traffic outside is almost never quiet. You can hear the horns and the buses all day long from the window. We deal with air tools, and the place is usually stacked with boxes waiting to go out. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying something heavy, but we are used to it by now. It is a busy part of the city, and being here keeps us in the middle of everything. We don't have a big reception area or a lobby with plants. It’s just an office with desks, some chairs, and a lot of technical manuals. The team here knows their stuff about the tools we sell. We spend most of the morning answering calls and the afternoons checking the inventory. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, like everyone else on this street. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been in this building for some time and know the other shop owners around the arcade. We just try to stay organized and keep the orders moving. There isn't much more to it than that. We show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years.
